This newly created, national role will see you lead operational excellence across 10 offices Australia-wide, with the head office based in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to step away from day-to-day PM and into a strategic, people-focused position with real impact. You'll work closely with senior leadership to elevate platform performance, streamline processes, support team capability, and ensure consistent delivery across locations. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and train Property Management teams nationally, ensuring compliance and best practice Oversee integration of new business units and rent roll transitions across Australia Drive internal engagement and culture through training, campaigns and socials Conduct national audits and reporting across platforms and procedures Travel interstate approximately 2 times per month to work directly with offices To be shortlisted, you would bring the following: Strong recent experience in REAL ESTATE across the property management department. - THIS IS A MUST!
